I really enjoyed this incredibly beautiful and cool hotel. The rooms were outstanding and fantastic kept by the welcoming staff. The location was marvellous and fantastic - ease of access to Healthworks Kids' Museum. My stay here was very nice.

The breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of options, although I had expected more for a Bonvoy member. The attentive staff, particularly the bartender Cody, contributed to a positive experience at the well-stocked hotel bar.

The drain odor was unpleasant, and the toilet required multiple flushes.

We loved how the hotel was close to great dining options and fun entertainment spots. The kids especially enjoyed the outdoor activities nearby. The artwork throughout the hotel added a unique touch that caught our attention .

In my wife's opinion, the lobby events made it tough for families to relax together with all the noise. A separate area for such gatherings would be great for families with young kids.

Had a lovely night. the breakfast was good but could have been better for a Bonvoy member. The pool was clean and warm, perfect for relaxation. I'm definitely planning to return soon!

I loved how my room had all the tech connections I needed and the breakfast was tasty, albeit a bit slow. The indoor pool and leisure room were perfect for winding down after a busy day. Just keep in mind that the lobby can get a bit lively, made check-in a little tricky 😊

The rooms are really up-to-date and spotless. the beds are comfy, and the best part is that this place is super close to the Morris theater and restaurants. Also, it's right by a recently refurbished downtown tower, making it easy to get around. 🌟
